I purchased this book out of nowhere. I saw it and was curios with its content. I only have one ex boyfriend in my entire life and after that, I did not have the guts to get a serious relationship. I felt that every relationship will meet its end. I was really traumatized with happened to my parents. They were childhood sweethearts for a long time and got married, but after 30 years of being married, they finally got a divorce. I really had a hard time at that time. So, reading this book helped me relate to its content. I agree with the author when he said that having a child is not a reason to stay together because it will only make things worst than ever. I have been there. It's not easy to see your parents quarreling everyday while growing up. Also, this book contains strategies that will help you get your ex back. Well, as for me, I have moved on and I feel great about myself not being in a relationship. The book is very informative. I just don't like the strike through at the beginning pages and the underlines. It's distracting for me.Product details

There are plenty of reasons why you should try to get your ex back. Many right reasons and many wrong reasons. What I particularly liked about this book was that it goes over some of these reasons and shows you which ones are LEGIT for you to try and get your ex back. Specifically the reason for responsibility, eg. You have a child together. This is one of my favorite reasons as you are not only affecting yourselves but potentially the emotional stability of the child as well. The book goes over a few basic common sense "rules" of going about how to get your ex back. Yes I say common sense, but in the heat of the moment when we are emotional we tend to forget this and end up "doing something stupid" We are all human and we have all been there and done that. I suggest for anyone who is interested in getting back together with an ex to read this book. It's short, well written, and well worth it - Even just used as a simple reminder for you to keep your head on straight.

Sometimes it is not possible to do that or it is better for you to move on and try to forget it.

The no-contact rule I had heard of before, but I found it really really difficult to apply. This book outlines exactly what you should do and what you should absolutely not do. I would add that checking them out on Facebook is something that I've also been guilty of in the past.
